Education Director (Frisco Branch)
Seeking an Education Director for the Frisco Branch. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs within a designated Branch, such as Education, Special Education, National Programs, Outcome Measures Documentation and Report Card Monitoring, Technology, and Internet Safety. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
Grant Specialist
An incumbent in this role will have the primary responsibility to prepare proposal and grant applications, performance of responsible professional and administrative work in researching, identifying, developing and responding to public and private grant opportunities and grant reporting. The incumbent will familiarize themselves with BGCCC’s programs, goals and financial needs and look into potential funding sources. Additionally, keep careful records to track proposals, supply grant-making organizations additional information and/or missing items. The incumbent will also refresh grant proposal content each year and ensure efficient coordination across internal teams to develop content and make certain deadlines for grant proposals and progress updates are met. In addition, the incumbent will support fund-raising campaigns through planning and project management and promoting the organization through public relations work. This position reports to the VP of Resource Development and works closely with departments.
School Site Lead – (Bowman Middle School – Plano ISD)
A School Site Lead is responsible for leadership and the overall operations and safety of the in-school site. Responsible for site operations / programming, administrative compliance and partner relations, facility upkeep, child safety and staff supervision. This after-school position will be housed at Plano ISD’s Bowman Middle School and provide leadership and guidance to program staff, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm during the school year. Bilingual preferred.
Afterschool CDL Driver (Plano Branch)
Immediate opening for experienced Driver with passenger endorsement. Primary responsibility is to safely transport our youth from school to the Club during the school year. The hours are 2PM-6PM. (ending time will vary by location).
Must Complete a Background, Drug, and Fingerprint Screening
