Youth Development Professional – Afterschool (All Locations)

Currently seeking Part-Time Afterschool Youth Development Professional. This position is Monday through Friday, 2:00pm-7:00pm during the school year.
Primary job function will be to assist with programs for youth in our Afterschool Programs. The ideal candidate will have two years’ experience with youth ages 5-18, enjoy working with youth and have a passion for children.
CDL Driver (Part-Time)
We are looking for experienced part-time CDL drivers in our locations that will transport children from school during the school year and transport to and from field trips during the summer. The hours are 2:00 pm-5:00 pm (ending time will vary by location).
School Site Leader – Princeton
Currently seeking School Site Leader. This position is responsible for leadership and the overall operations and safety of the in-school site. Responsible for site operations / programming, administrative compliance and partner relations, facility upkeep, child safety and staff supervision.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00pm-7:00pm during the school year.
Teen Director – Frisco
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of Teen Programming within the Frisco Branch. Plan, develop, oversee implementation, and supervise programs and program staff and volunteers (if assigned). Develop and enhance program support from community partnerships. Establish and maintain collaboration with local companies and businesses. Work with local schools to ensure awareness, program offerings and strengthen partnerships. Implement special programs such as YUM-Odyssey Learning Program and maintain documentation, work with Director to achieve club goals, build teen program, establish teen relationships, maintain teen retention, and ensure quality, consistent and impactful programming.
Hours are Monday through Friday, full-time.
Front Desk Receptionist – Plano
Provide administrative support, answer telephones and monitor club members arrival & departure from club facility. Act as first point of contact for club members’ positive experience at the Boys & Girls Club by greeting them in a warm, friendly, and welcoming manner. Assist in club member invoicing and uploading of relevant data to support club grant reporting needs. Prepare correspondence and reports, maintains schedule and calendar, maintains electronic and hard copy files. Bilingual candidates a plus.
Human Resources Generalist (Part-Time)
As an HR Generalist, you serve as the primary resource and face of Human Resources to our employees for their questions and needs related to all things HR. You will touch every aspect of HR including payroll, employee relations, compensation, benefits, discipline and termination, recruiting, hiring, assisting in onboarding, HR compliance and policy, leave of absence management, performance management, workers compensation and safety, HRIS support functions.
Vice President of Finance & People
The Vice President of Finance & People reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for managing all financial functions including accounting, financial operations, internal controls, policies & procedures, insurance coverage and contract review. Additionally, the VP of Finance & People will have the organization’s Human Resources Generalist as a direct report, therefore ensuring salary benchmarking, benefits and policies are being adhered to and are consistent.
Vice President of Operations
The Vice President of Operations reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the implementation of in-club programs, services, operations, and safety of the clubs of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County. Areas of responsibility include management of ongoing daily operations, implementation and reporting of quality club programs throughout system, leadership, service partnerships, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess the skill to lead a large staff across multiple departments. Additionally, this role serves as a member of the organizations leadership team and at times is a public facing role, which could result in need for attendance and speaking engagements at community events.
