Our 3rd grade girls, Lady Elite, participated in the Sista Hoops Cinco de Mayo basketball tournament this past weekend in Oklahoma, April 30th and May 1st. They ended up beating every team in their division, but eventually fell to one of those teams in the championship game and finished in 2nd place. They had a great time all weekend and gave it everything they had all the way through. This was a 4th grade tournament, so it was certainly a huge accomplishment for our girls to compete and do so well in with them playing up a grade level.
