Open Positions:

Position: Branch Receptionist for Frisco Branch

Primary Function: provide regular clerical and administrative support to the Branch Director or other Club senior staff, as necessary. Prepares correspondence and reports, maintains schedule and calendar, answers telephones and maintains electronic and hard copy files. Input and maintain information using software designed to keep track of members’ information.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year of office clerical experience
* Training in secretarial skills of at least 50 wpm
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good organization and attention to detail
* Strong customer relations skills
* Able to maintain strict confidentiality
* Good computer skills with the ability to easily learn new software programs
