2013 Capital One Week

Capital One Week was October 21-25th. We had close to 75 volunteers participate in multitude of projects that made a huge impact. Projects included: Halloween arts and crafts projects, Triple Play field day events, Garage Clean Out (McKinney), Multi-purpose room renovation (McKinney), and Adopt a Lobby (Plano).

Plano Health Fair A Success!

On Saturday, October 19, 2013 the Plano Branch located hosted a Health Fair that included free health screens such as Glucose, blood pressure, and dental.  As well as flu shots, WIC, Medicaid, and community and club information.  The Plano Branch Keystone Starz teens volunteered at the Health Fair.

Delinquency Program Success

The success of our Delinquency Program was rewarded with BGCA providing support for additional year. The program is funded through the Office of Juvenile Justice. The DPI program is BGCCC’s effort to provide at risk youth with skills to refrain from negative behaviors, avoid the criminal justice system and stay in school.
